As we all know, the camera is generally small. In the limited space, the transmission structure has to be stably transmitted torque. Zhaowei camera gearbox solution uses the industry's smaller 8MM planetary gearbox to achieve the demand for small volume and large torque. In order to realize the differential transmission torque of different angles and positions of the camera, Zhaowei has designed a multi-layer convertible transmission ratio mechanism. The product has two-stage, three-stage and four-stage transmission changes, the reduction ratio,input speed and torque can be adjusted according to the design requirements,then realizing the requirements of camera reversal in each vision system, camera rotation of the top camera, and telescopic camera.
Low noise
In addition to solving the intelligent rotation requirements of the camera's multi-angle, the gearbox integrated design platform that the Zhaowei camera gearbox will use in the early stage of R&D and design will realize the automation parameter design of the involute planetary gear system, bevel gear, face gear and other mechanisms. Optimize gear parameters, such as displacement coefficient, tooth coefficient, pressure angle, center distance, etc., so that the impact velocity is reduced, and the ratio of the impact velocity to the impact velocity is within a certain range, reducing or meshing the pitch circle. The impact gear design method solves the demand for low noise operation of the product and reduces the noise problem during the use of the product.

In the gear and gearbox design phase, kinematics simulation is used to verify the smoothness and local interference of the gear pair motion. At the same time, the finite element analysis technology is used to analyze and check the tooth surface strength of the spiral teeth and bevel gears. The cavity pressure technology is used to detect changes in cavity pressure during injection molding and to monitor product quality.
