At present, there are many intelligent sit & stand desks on the market, but there are still some problems such as insufficient load-bearing, too limited switchable gears (limited lifting range), short service life, high power consumption, or high noise during use. During lifting, if the speed is not well controlled, the desk will fail to operate smoothly.
ZHAOWEI intelligent lifting gearbox can be adopted for electric lift desks. The height of the lifting desk can be adjusted by the mechanism controlled by the motor. Or, the height can be adjusted by the gas spring or hydraulic rod controlled by the compressor. The lifting mechanism of the standing desk is composed of a lifting column, a controller and a control button. The lifting gearbox is installed in the lifting column, and can realize adjustment by a customized special-shaped motor with planetary gearbox. It can meet the requirements of small volume and high torque. The gearbox has two-stage, three-stage, and four-stage transmission adjustments available. The reduction ratio, input speed and torque of the gearbox can be changed according to the design requirements of the starting motor of the lifting column. After the information is given, the correctness can be verified by the control system. Then the corresponding feedback is given, and the motor starts. The motor combines with ZHAOWEI gearbox for the intelligent lift desk to realize the stable lifting at even speed and avoid stuck.
The quality of the intelligent standing desk is directly determined by the lifting range, operating noise, load bearing performance and service life. In an active group work environment, a little faint noise can be ignored. But, if you are in a quiet office, a little noise will be amplified. Confronted with this difficulty, we optimize the gear structure at the stage of the design. Based on the kinematics simulation and finite element analysis, the integrated design platform for the gearbox is used to realize the automatic parameter design of the involute planetary gear system, bevel gear, face gear and other mechanisms. By optimizing the gear parameters, such as the displacement coefficient, the tooth coefficient, the pressure angle, the center distance, etc., the meshing shock velocity is reduced. The ratio of the impact velocity when meshing out to the engagement impact velocity when meshing in is at a certain range. The gear design method that reduces the impact of the meshing pitch circle helps to meet the requirement of low noise.
