Introduction: The turntable tonearm lift motor system adopts multi-start screw thread and the miniature end thrust bearing arrangement which takes advantage of planetary gear mechanism and fine-pitch gears to make full use of limited space. Innovative insert molding structure helps to control the product thickness and size within 4mm, making lift tonearm gear module and mandril possible to slide into the hole of arm base. Gear module, hole of arm base and reset spring come together to make the tonearm go down slowly at a uniform speed in a quick lift switch. Then the moving magnet pickup can gently fall onto the surface of record, which helps to avoid the damage caused by their collision.
